NOVICE:  Horse or Rider No more than 3 Blues prior to today's show-Except as defined in class 14,15

1.   All out of state horses must have current health certificate within 30 days of this show and an IDOA permit #

2.   Current negative coggins required (1 Year).

3.   TWHBEA Versatility rules will be followed for all versatility classes.

4.   SSHBEA Rules will be followed for all Spotted Horse classes.

5.   Scratches must be made five classes prior to one being scratched to avoid being charged for class.

6.   Any Person on USDA suspension may not participate in this show
