Make your plans today to attend the 2002 SSHBEA Annual Meting on January 11-12, 2002 at the Marriott Cool Springs in Franklin, TN! The annual meeting provides members the opportunity to share their enjoyment, interest, and concerns for the future of the Spotted Saddle Horse.
On Friday, we will be on hand to welcome early arrivals. You may register from 10:00a.m. - 6:00 p.m. At 7:00 p.m., all early arrivals are invited to attend a complimentary reception in their honor. It will be hosted by the SSHBEA Officers, Board of Directors, and Planning Committee.
Throughout the weekend, you may place your bid for the Silent Auction items on display.
Register Saturday morning and then enjoy a complimentary Continental Breakfast hosted by the SSHBEA Ladies Auxiliary. Attend the Annual Business Meeting for an update on SSHBEA, with the year-end review and future plans for SSHBEA new this year.
On Saturday evening, everyone is invited to enjoy a scrumptious catered dinner at the Annual Awards Banquet. Dance to a live band following the awards ceremony.
Once again, SSHBEA will spend approximately $25,000 to help offset your cost in attending this meeting. The majority of activities offered are free to our members, including the Friday night reception, all youth activities throughout the weekend, and a continental breakfast on Saturday. The cost of the banquet, awards ceremony, and the dance on Saturday night in only $25 per person ($12 for youth 17 and under). Come bring your family and enjoy the weekend!

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: The headquarter hotel for the SSHBEA Annual Meeting is the Marriott Hotel, Franklin, TN. For reservations, call the hotel at 615-261-6100. To receive the discounted group rate of $75.00 (single or double), you must identify yourself AT THE TIME YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS as a part of the Spotted Saddle Horse Breeders' and Exhibitors' Association group. You may request a queen bed or two double beds, smoking or non-smoking. Reservations must be made by December 22, 2001 to be guaranteed the group rate. Hotel amenities include the following:
