On Saturday, February 3, 2001, the SSHBEA Sport Horse committee held its annual potluck supper and auction at the SSHBEA office.  The event was one of the first in the new meeting area of the office.  It was a great night of fun, friends, and bargains.  The turnout was wonderful as many new faces arrived in support of the Sport Horse.   In fact, the turn out was so good that several people had to move into the boardroom to have a place to sit and eat!  After a great dinner and many desserts, the auction got underway.  Mr. Arlie Weddington did a great job of auctioning the many items that were donated.  The items included a puppy, rabbits, chaps, other western wear, horse tack, and household items.
