Each year as I sit down to write this final column of the year and reflect back, the major item is always our Fall World Grand Championship Show. This year is no exception as once again I'm pleased to report our show is continually on the grow. Corporate Sponsors were up from 116 last year to 121 in 2002 as well as were our entries up 46 head from the previous year. It's now an extreme accomplishment to tie in the Top Ten at the Fall Show - to own one of the Top Ten Horses in any division in the world is no easy feat in today's highly competitive show ring.

As always it was great to visit with my friend Darrell Rudd again this year at the fall show. The National Promotion done by the SSHBEA promotional committee has the visibility of the Spotted Saddle Horse reaching all time highs from National Magazines to Horse Fairs to new clubs jumping up here and there.
