Travis Kelley called the required SSHBEA Board of Director meeting to order after the annual membership meeting adjourned. Travis asked the board to repeat after him, the "Oath of Office" to install the officers and directors for the year 2006.

The check signers will be the same as for the year of 2005.

Freda Bullard made the motion to adjourn, Ronnie Sapp seconded, motion passed.
